Maintenance Contracts

We offer a complete portfolio of software and hardware maintenance agreements designed to help maximize the productivity of your CMM.

Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

Your SMA contract provides the following:

  • Unlimited, toll-free software technical support via telephone.
  • Continuous maintenance and enhancement of our PC-DMIS software including a minimum of one global update per year. All other SMAs include accessibility to available software maintenance releases.
  • Assistance with any problems and/or questions regarding service, special projects, retrofits, training, products, contracts, etc.

CMM Maintenance Agreement (CMA)

Your CMA provides the following:

  • Prearranged agreements expediting purchase orders for on-site service.
  • ISO 9000 Certified Service.
  • National Institute Standards of Technology (NIST) traceable certification and calibration artifacts.
  • Factory-trained Field Service Engineers restore your CMM to the original factory specification.
  • Preventative Maintenance to reduce downtime and increases machine availability. You receive a detailed PM checklist of the work performed.
  • Advance scheduling for your preventive maintenance and annual certification.
  • Priority Scheduling of all service.
